The staff were helpful, but the check‑in system was clunky.
The view was stunning, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were quick to respond on WhatsApp. However, the pool was an extra charge: we were told we’d have to pay the equivalent of 20 euros per person for 4 hours and book it in advance. Elevator wait times can be very long.

This was an excellent place! Reservation was easy, we got instructions in English. Flat was new, clean, bathroom and shower were excellent. View was amazing. Highly recommend. None
The room was fine, but the rooftop pool cost an extra 30.000 Won per guest for 4 hours—absolutely ridiculous. The elevators were in terrible shape, and getting out could take over 10 minutes.

From the window you could see the whole bay and the city. But since there’s a induction cooktop, why are there no plates or forks at all?
