Carmen’s service was attentive and personal – a full ten.

The service, the family‑like atmosphere, and the breakfast were great, and the beds were comfortable. Nothing else was an issue.

The rooms were clean, the furniture nice, the common areas and rooms very welcoming and impeccable. The only flaw is that because the bathroom is a bit cramped, using the toilet is a little uncomfortable for men, but otherwise everything was perfect.
The staff were very friendly, and the breakfasts at 12 am were amazing – the pastry selection was so good you’d need a whole week to try everything 🤪. The only downside is that it’s close to towns like Santillana and Suances, and they only serve food if you’re staying there.
