The reception was friendly and provided good service. The room was clean and spacious, and the location was convenient, within walking distance to shops and the mall. Wi‑Fi was good on level 7 in room 70X. No negatives.

The reception offered good service and was friendly. The room was clean and spacious, and the location was convenient, within walking distance to shops and the mall. However, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work in room 6 on level 6 and in room 60X.

The staff were good and everything else was fine. I asked for an iron but they didn’t bring one to my room, so I’d suggest they include one in every room to avoid having to request it each time.
