The place is nice, rustic yet functional, with an excellent restaurant and great ambiance; the staff are very friendly and professional, the room is clean with very comfortable beds, and bath mats would be a plus; breakfast featured great pancakes, coffee, and scrambled eggs.

The place had a restaurant and bar, and the bartender was friendly. However, the smell was awful, like the place hadn't been cleaned in years. The bedroom was dirty, though the sheets seemed fine, and the bathrooms were clean.

I was thrilled by this historic roadhouse—so much character, spotless, and the breakfast was great. The tavern and live music added a real bonus to the experience. Nothing else to add.
