This family‑friendly hotel had nicely renovated rooms, an excellent breakfast, and superb dinner in half‑board; the staff and owners were very welcoming.

Everything from the location to the fantastic hotel staff was practical; the only issues were the pillows and the hair dryer in our room.

Breakfast was fantastic with a huge selection, the room was a good size and comfortable, and the staff from reception to bar, restaurant and cleaning were excellent; the spa was nice, though a pool would have been a welcome addition. Despite being only a 5‑minute walk from the slopes, I’d call it a “ski‑in, ski‑out” experience, and a pool would be nice.

The hotel’s location is perfect—quiet yet close to all amenities and just a 5‑minute walk to the pistes/lifts. The outdoor parking is great and you can even charge your car. The family room is spacious and tidy, always very clean. The staff are exceptionally friendly and nothing is too much for them; they always try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The bathroom in the family room was small and a bit dated, so an upgrade is overdue. The ski storage could be larger and was cramped during peak hours. Although the hotel is relatively small, it lacks a bit of the family‑hotel atmosphere; we felt welcome but part of an anonymous crowd, perhaps due to the Christmas rush or the noisy, demanding other guests.
