The location is close to the city center, the beds are very comfortable, and mineral water is unlimited. Cleanliness was okay, and the staff’s friendliness was limited.

Everything was perfect: the facilities, the cleanliness, the staff were super friendly and helped with everything you needed. The experience was a 10!

Nothing positive. When we arrived we found that we had been assigned to different floors than our teenage children. We asked to be on the same floor and they ignored us. It was 14:00 when the check‑in started. Breakfast was poor with little variety. Over the four days they never cleaned or changed the sheets. Look for other options and don’t be fooled by the pool.

The property is excellent, well maintained, and in a strategic spot for walking between the center and the night markets. The quadruple room is huge and spotless. Highlights include free snacks and water 24/7, a laundry service for guests, a generous breakfast, and a stunning pool. The staff are delightful, knowledgeable, and extremely welcoming.
