The property was very nice, rooms were large, and the buffet was good. However, the building was still under renovation, the pool was freezing cold, the wellness centre was only available for a fee, and most guests were quite old, which isn’t ideal for families with kids.

Alles Top. Vom Empfang über die Zimmer und die große Auswahl an Pools/Poolbars bis hin zum freundlichen Personal. Inklusive eine nacht mit A-La-Carte Essen wo es an nichts gegehlt hat. Im ganzen Resort guten Wlan empfang und die tolle Tiefgarage für einen günsigen Preis

Everything was fantastic; the hotel is beautiful, located in a quiet spot, the food is excellent, the all‑inclusive offer is phenomenal, and during our stay a family member had a birthday, so the hotel surprised us with a gift in the room and a birthday banner at the door.

The property itself is very nicely built with many small Pueblos, so its size doesn’t stand out. The pools are also very nice, right by the sea. Our room was fine and had sea‑and‑pool view as we booked. Because the food was so bad, we left a day early. At least the hotel waived the charge for that night, which we found very generous. The parking garage below the building is available for a fee. The food and drinks were very poor. We had all‑inclusive, but the low quality made it useless. The restaurants were large and didn’t feel cosy. We were very annoyed that at the entrance we always had to wait to be seated, even though half the restaurant was empty. During breakfast, some female “instructors” treated us like sergeants, while the others were all very nice. We also disliked having to pay extra each day for using the safe. Long queues at the reception and the slow response were also unpleasant.

Everything was great – staff, food, entertainment. The only downside was that it was a bit far from Adeje.
