The place is well located and feels authentic. The breakfast is cheap and bland, there’s no restaurant, the common areas are noisy, and the stairs to one of the rooms are dangerous.

The building is pretty nice. Everything is fine except the breakfast, which wasn’t well prepared.

Terrible. The “standard” room was not the advertised 15 m² but roughly 6.5 m² and had no windows. There was usually no reception desk or point of contact, and nowhere to hang clothes or wet towels. The room opened onto a tiny bathroom that had a window looking onto the courtyard. On the second day the Wi‑Fi died and wasn’t fixed; the third night a loud argument broke out somewhere in the hotel and nobody intervened, and in the morning there was no water in our room all morning. After reporting the issue several times we were allowed to use another bathroom, but no real solution was offered. Because of these and other problems we decided to leave for another hotel that morning, and there was nobody on the premises.

The staff are super friendly and homely, we loved staying here and they even suggested places to go or not to go in the Fes area; we’ll definitely return because we had a great time! The only thing we missed was a wardrobe to store our stuff.

Great location, close to Mefina, and a very nice and helpful host! The room was basic and small, but you can’t expect everything for this price, right?
