Cristiano welcomed us like family at Casa Camboni, his kindness and courtesy were evident from the start. The historic house feels truly evocative, breathing in its past. Breakfast was meticulously prepared, everything fresh and made on the spot. Highly recommend!

The junior suite offered generous space, and the homemade yoghurt was delicious. The bed was short, max. 2.00 m long, and the shower head was fixed to a hand‑held holder, so you had to hold it with one hand while showering. Breakfast was a bit disappointing; no juices or water were available to grab. The owner could ask about preferences upon arrival and tailor things better. The building is very old, which may add charm, but it was particularly tough during the hot summer months. The air‑con tried its best but didn’t cool well; the bathroom stayed hot. Overall, it wasn’t the kind of place where we felt at ease, despite the friendly host and cute dogs.

The 18th‑century “casa” is very characteristic, set in a charming Sardinia village, San Vito. Cristiano, the owner, was warm, friendly, and helpful; I can’t praise him enough. All his recommendations were useful and precise. Great coffee and fresh fruit at breakfast made the day. Only three well‑furnished rooms give a very peaceful and pleasant stay. Minor maintenance issues may disappoint discerning guests. San Vito is about 1 hr 15 min drive from Cagliari, and the nearest beach is about 45 min away. If you don’t mind driving a lot, Casa Camboni is highly recommendable for a South‑Sardinia stay.

The place is unusual and Cristiano is very welcoming, taking great care of us! The breakfast is generous and varied. Thank you—this is why we love B&Bs.
