The location was great, close to the city center, shops, and many restaurants; most excursion departure points were also nearby, which was very convenient. The room was spacious, very clean, and the pool was a nice bonus. Highly recommended!

I liked the place, but it would help if other guests were asked to keep it down when using the pool at night.

The rooms were very nice and spacious. The staff only spoke average English.

You can tell the hotel has been renovated: our room was newly refreshed, spotless and cleaned daily, with fresh‑scented linens and towels; some areas are brand‑new while others are still under construction and closed, like the dining hall and pool bar; in the morning you can make coffee, tea or toast in the lobby by reception, a friendly gesture to guests; the pool stays open 24/7, probably because of the party venue across the street. Unfortunately, right opposite there’s a youth hostel where loud music starts around 13:00‑14:00 and goes on into the night, making sleep impossible—we hadn’t been warned and were exhausted after travel; the staff’s English was weak and they seemed to avoid contact; plus, dogs roamed the hotel grounds and the empty lot, about six of them fighting, barking and even jumping onto the pool area to chew the wooden loungers.
