Very nice staff and a great panorama. We knew from the pictures that the family room was on the top floor, but there was no elevator and it was only reachable by more than two flights of stairs—hard with a baby. The heating didn’t work and we were left freezing. There was no TV in the room, which would have been fine if the staff had shown us the common area. Wi‑Fi worked only sporadically.

The room was large, very clean and had a fantastic view. Everything else was fine.

The location is fantastic, the food was good and plentiful—very fair price-wise, and the staff were nice. We were here for the second time and again there was a wedding happening at the same time, which we weren’t told about beforehand. The panoramic terrace was unusable, noise went on late into the night, and there were only 4 (!) tables available for all guests in the evenings—far fewer than the number of rooms. If you travel on a weekend during warm weather, bring earplugs and expect not to get a table for yourself.
