“Decent place to be if one loves golf”

Being close to the golf course made the place very convenient, but the waiters at the bars and restaurants were appalling.

The chef making the omelettes at breakfast was probably the friendliest staff member; water temperature fluctuated, so depending on the time I showered, the water was not always hot and was often lukewarm. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, the TV had terrible sound quality, and no hair dryer was available in the room—when we requested one from reception it looked like it came out of dusty storage.
