“Service was good, but the hotel itself has a lot of problems.”

The spot was great, right across from the mall and only 15 minutes from the city center at most. The hotel was under construction, so it could get noisy. Our first room was on the second floor with the gym, and it sounded like people were dropping concrete blocks on us at 3am. They moved us afterward, but the new room was smaller and the shower didn’t work properly. We couldn’t get hot water, and the engineer took a while to fix it. The water remained wrong for the rest of our stay.

They are trying to overcharge me for no reason now that I’m gone.
