The staff didn’t speak English, making communication tough, but my friend could speak Thai so it was okay.

The staff were cute and served well; the uncle washed the car in the spot where the birds poop, maybe not all of it but he tried, which was very sweet, and the housekeeper was very attentive and kept the room clean.

The parking, elevator, clear TV, comfortable bed and pillows, good location, and proximity to food were positives; the shower head was broken and didn’t drain, the blanket was hot, the AC cut out often, the power outlet in front of the glass was missing, the room wasn’t very soundproof, and the lights were dim.

The staff here really made my stay special – they were super friendly and spoke English like locals, which was a huge relief for me as a non-native speaker. The hotel itself was pretty standard, but the staff's warmth and helpfulness made up for any minor issues. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place for its people alone.
