Located right on Madrid’s Gran Vía, the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, and the staff were attentive and charming. I’ll definitely come back.

Rooftop pool and bar. The price was very high, but so were prices at other hotels (maybe because of Shakira’s concert?).

L'accueil très chaleureux et la volonté de me mettre à l'aise. J'aurai bien voulu trouvé un personnel interagissant en français

The location and the size of the rooms, plus the friendliness of the staff, were positives. However, the interior rooms have no natural light, especially on the lower floors, the bathrooms lack ventilation, and the air conditioning wasn’t very powerful.

The setting is simply stunning, and I really appreciated the atmosphere inside the hotel; guests feel right at home and there’s a strong sense of familiarity. Nothing to report.
