Only the friendly man. The room was absolutely dirty, with insects on the bed—spiders, ants, beetles—after we told the host. She just shrugged and said, “Isn’t that normal? Don’t you have bugs at home?” and cleaned it up quickly. We asked for a refund, and she became very aggressive and shouted at my wife and me. Her husband tried to calm her, but he stayed friendly. After we got our money back, we left. This is unacceptable. Before that she even asked if we could cancel the booking but still stay and pay less. The rudeness is beyond compare.

The people were friendly, the room was comfortable, and the location was convenient. We were welcomed very well. We’re quiet and well‑situated, just a few kilometres from the centre of Vlora. I recommend it.

Everything was spot‑on: we got a parking spot, the place was dead quiet and the staff were super friendly. Nothing really stood out as a problem, so it was just an all‑right stay overall.

The flat was spotless and stocked with everything we could need, and the beach was just a short walk away. The owners were unbelievably kind and looked after us like family. We left totally satisfied and would tell anyone to book here.

Even though the apartment was tiny, it had every comfort we required and a lovely outdoor area, plus the bonus of on‑site parking. The hosts were quick to help whenever we needed something and made sure we weren’t missing anything. The only hiccup was that there was no salt or oil in the kitchenette, so we had to ask for them, which felt a bit inconvenient.
