“Место силы, релакса, осмысления, перезагрузки. Кусочек Рая на земле!”
The hospitality was sincere and the response to any question or request was instant. It felt like you were being welcomed like an old friend. We didn’t have a car, but getting there was no problem: from the bus station in Navtluga it’s 15 lari and 1.5 hours, and you’re already in Signagi. The guest house is within walking distance of the fortress, museum, shops, and a makeshift bus station. The cleanliness is perfect, the design pleasant, and the interior thoughtfully arranged. The air conditioner is silent, the mattress is orthopedic, and there are welcome coffees, teas, and sugar. The place is very cozy, with extra lighting and a panoramic gazebo that offers a stunning valley view. On the slope there’s a well-maintained garden with grapes, pomegranates, laurel, figs, and wild roses. Right at the entrance to our room is a mint patch, great for a tea. The living area is immersed in bright, fragrant, blooming arbors. Just 5–7 meters behind it is a wind- and heat‑protected barbecue area with ready‑to‑light aromatic wood. Owner David was constantly checking in: how did you sleep? How are you feeling? Do you need anything else? For dinner he served us his own grapes, homemade chacha, and “royal” ajika. In the neighboring yard there’s a pool with loungers. One day was too short; book for longer.
