The staff were extremely helpful, the room had a phone charger which was convenient, the welcome drink selection was great and the fresh‑baked evening bread delighted my daughter and grandchild, the complimentary alcohol surprised me, and breakfast was delicious; unfortunately the large public bath operated on a gender‑swap schedule, so I couldn’t use it when I wanted.
