The location is terrible, and when I called the owner to ask for a refund because of the bad spot, he was extremely rude and unkind over the phone. Despite his harshness, the refund was processed. Be cautious about the location—it's really remote, deep in the woods, and the street is not far away.

The facilities were new and well maintained, the pool was pretty, and the place was clean. But that doesn’t cover the other faults. Even though the app showed the location, it didn’t make clear that it was basically behind a favela, you have to take a dirt road and you’re in the middle of nowhere. We were scared to stay there and called the available phone number. The service was rude and disrespectful – we were insulted. I complained that there was no potable water and he basically told me to drink water from the toilet because it was from a well. It was good when he accepted the cancellation, because I wouldn’t stay there under any circumstances. The nearest convenience store is a few minutes by car. Even though the price is low, I don’t think the fear of staying in that place, in the middle of nothing, is worth it. If you go, be prepared, because there is no potable water filter, no other supplies, it’s far from everything. No one is there to receive you – it’s self‑check‑in. I was very scared. We were lucky to get the cancellation.

The lodge provides a very clean and well‑maintained environment; bedding, towels, and the pool were all extremely clean, showing a strong focus on hygiene. The parking lot is spacious and equipped with a camera system, giving extra security and peace of mind during the stay.
