“Nice place with good food.”
This is the best spot in Makati for a stay, especially with the city‑view rooftop bar, but the hostel lacks privacy curtains.

The room and the bathroom were fine, but in February there was a buffet breakfast that felt European‑style and was awesome; this September there wasn’t one, so I was very disappointed.

On my final night of a two‑month trip through SE Asia, I had a fantastic experience; the area is superb, the staff were incredibly helpful, vegetarian options were available, and the rooftop DJ was a blast—definitely planning to stay longer next time.

This hostel is perfect for nightlife, right in the heart of the party scene and close to great food, and the staff Maddie and Gwen made the stay unforgettable, though the area is very pricey.

The staff—receptionists, bar crew, and volunteers—were all amazing; I couldn’t find anything I didn’t like.
