The place was very close to Goodwood for the Revival Festival, but parking worked on a first‑come, first‑served basis, so we had to park outside the cul‑de‑sac.

The place was spot on for us, and Caroline went the extra mile—nothing was too much trouble for her. The room and bathroom were spotless, making it a truly fantastic stay.

Caroline, my host, was an absolute delight—thoughtful, caring, and determined to make my stay perfect. I just wish I could have stayed longer.

Caroline the hostess was absolutely charming, as was her daughter Chloe, and both were incredibly helpful; Caroline even gave us a lift to the racecourse, which was beyond helpful—highly recommend this place 👌
