“Shut the place down. I have made it known to my circle not to even try and book that place the worst”

Nothing worked: the air‑con, TV, and even the toilet were all malfunctioning.

They sent me to the wrong gate and the owner never answered the phone; how can someone put a wrong address on their profile in this day and age? The service was terrible, and everything else felt just okay.
