The location was fabulous, the staff were very friendly, and breakfast was amazing. I appreciated the complimentary Prosecco on arrival and would stay here again if I visit the city.

The staff were great, especially Caolin at the bar, very friendly and helpful. The food was really good and the free mimosas at breakfast were a nice touch; I loved everything about the hotel and will return.

We loved the location of the hotel,, so central in the city, close to the walls, bars, restaurants, shops We had a lovely room, looking down Shipquay Street, we could see The Guildhall and the Foyle river. The staff were very helpful, chatty, breakfast was delicious, great selection and served to your table. We wished we had stayed for 2 nights. Lovely quilted toilet rolls. We will definitely be back. Nothing
