The hotel impressed us with its beautiful space, excellent food, and charming service. Meals were very varied, the wait staff superb, and drinks made with original branded spirits. The pool water could be heated, especially in autumn. This place isn’t for those who dislike children.

Facilities and staff were good, but the dining room lacked variety, and service in the dining room and restaurants was average—unflexible with dishes and not attentive to guests’ needs.

The food was very nice, the grounds were huge for kids to run around, the family suite was very quiet, and the lounge music in the evening was lovely. We had ants in our room; the staff sprayed them right away, but they returned after three days.
