The hotel itself, the pools and the décor were fine, but we were very disappointed by our stay: rooms lacked beds, there were sparks in the electricity when we arrived, the air conditioning was broken for all three nights, the fridge stopped working, and we were wrongly denied breakfast on the departure morning. With eight people, four of them children, we slept cramped in harsh conditions and spent a lot of time waiting for fixes. For a 4‑star hotel that cost 1650 euros, this is unacceptable; we are demanding a refund.

The pools, the aquapark, the activities, and the Zumba class were great and we laughed a lot; the pool party was fun, the man at the mini‑club was super nice to my child, the breakfast and the staff at the restaurant were smiling, and the housekeeping ladies made towels shaped like hearts that we loved! Thank you! However, the aquapark’s floor for kids is extremely slippery; we slipped and saw others slip too—dangerous, it needs to be fixed for safety.
