The room at La chambre aux hirondelles was a real lucky find for us; the hospitality and warmth of the hosts, the thoughtful room setup with great attention to detail, the excellent breakfast, and the perfect location for trips to Strasbourg (20 minutes by bus) all matched. Everything was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the room and bathroom were super equipped (fridge, hairdryer, TV, etc.). You really get everything you’d want at home. The breakfast deserves special mention: the homemade compote and jam were insanely tasty, we’d never had such a great baguette, and the coffee was excellent. Hosts Claudine and Serge are wonderful people—always helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. All our wishes were met and expectations exceeded :) We were lucky to travel during Easter and found many small surprise eggs, decorations, and other sweet gestures. It was truly lovely and gave our trip a magical touch. Thank you so much, Claudine and Serge!

Claudine and Serge were an adorable couple who pampered us from the moment we arrived, being discreet, loving, and helpful; the room had everything, the bed was super comfortable and warm, the private bathroom was fully equipped, and the breakfast was delicious.
