Getting to and from Tsukuba International Conference Center was easy and convenient, the room felt roomy, the Japanese‑style breakfast was tasty, and there were plenty of eateries nearby. I wish the breakfast included fruit and stayed under ¥2000; for a business trip it’s fine, but a family would balk at a ¥10 000 price tag.

The hotel is linked directly to the international conference hall, yet after dark the connecting passage is closed and there’s no restaurant or café open all day.
“Small and simple but comfy”
The staff were friendly, the location was excellent, the rooms had baths, and there was laundry service on site.

It was quiet and the check‑in went smoothly, but because the hotel faces the parking lot we missed the festive atmosphere.
