The price for the location was its only great point, right next to the Bar Harbor Lobster Pound and 3 miles from Hull’s visitor center. It needed major repairs: the toilet had sunk into the floor and was uneven, the lid was insecure and gave a little ride each time you sat, and the heater was such an old model that I felt I could smell asbestos and was afraid to run it while sleeping.
