The hostess was extremely friendly, the bed felt wonderfully comfy, the air‑conditioning worked great, and the minibar and sparkling‑clean bathrooms were a plus; the pool earned a solid 10 and the common areas were very pleasant. What really stood out for me was how easy it was to get around—just a short walk to the final van stop, which is ideal for travelers without a car, and only two blocks from Tucuns beach, while nearby shops—mini‑market, beverage depot, bakery and snack bar—covered all basic needs.

The room was clean and the whole interior area was spotless! The exterior was dirty, the pool was covered in sludge and grime, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages, the grill was full of crusts and the grill area was very dirty too; we would also suggest having double‑bed blankets because the ones provided were single‑size and there was a TV in the room.
