How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were really helpful and friendly, which made the stay pleasant. The hotel is right by a metro stop and there's a convenience store close by, so getting around was easy. The only downside was the bathroom heater – it was inconsistent, sometimes too hot, sometimes barely working.

They let you pay with a Visa card on arrival, which is pretty rare in China. The room was ready right away, check‑in was quick, the AC worked well, and the shower had good water pressure. The location was great too. On the flip side, the sheets had cigarette burn marks, the walls looked like they needed a fresh coat, and the overall cleanliness was shaky – the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, there were hairs on the walls, and some plastic was left in the shower.

The place is convenient and reasonably priced, but it's a little out of the way from the metro station.

Everything was okay. The hotel is just 400 meters from Haizu metro, close to the Pearl River and a bunch of shops.

The staff were great – enthusiastic, attentive, and always ready to help, which left a good impression. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is very old, hasn't had any maintenance or renovation, and with construction going on nearby, the entrance feels dirty and messy.
