We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this very nice, family‑run hotel. It was very clean, and the staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Service stayed excellent throughout. Our renovated room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We also loved the food and drinks (half board); everything tasted great and was well prepared. A small touch that made breakfast special was the ability to order coffee and have eggs cooked just the way you like them. The location was great, within walking distance of the village, and Bruneck, Kronplatz, and other nearby attractions were just a short drive away. Some parts of the hotel, especially the basement area, felt a little old‑fashioned and could use renovation, but that didn’t detract from the overall positive experience.
