The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, breakfast was extremely punctual, and the room was spacious and quiet.

The friendliness, warmth, and attention, along with the facilities, were outstanding. The old house has excellent décor and the room and bathroom are spacious.

The location is super central, perfectly clean, super punctual and friendly, the shower is amazing and super cool with the air conditioning perfect for Rome’s heat. The stairs are heavy to climb with luggage, and the building number should have been better indicated—finding it was a hassle.

The location, the attention to furnishings, the beautiful historic palace, and the patience and kindness of the lady who waited for us a little past the scheduled time were all wonderful. On the downside, the windows were dark and faced a grim, narrow inner courtyard, the hair dryer was broken, and there was no luggage service from the car park—quite a hassle considering the uneven sidewalks in Rome.
