⭐ 1/5 – A catastrophic experience at every level. A huge disappointment! We’ve been coming to M’diq since 2015 with my sister, and for the first time we decided to change hotels. Unfortunately, that choice ruined our stay. We arrived at 15:30 and the room wasn’t even ready. That was just the start… 🧹 Cleanliness: 0/10. The next day, while we were away, no one came to clean or reset the room. For a hotel, that’s simply unacceptable. 🚿 First night: no hot water. After a day outside, finding no hot water is already very disappointing. 🔊 Second night: a true nightmare. Continuous noise, slammed doors, people shouting and screaming at 2 am and 3 am. It felt like an Agatha Christie film… except we definitely didn’t come to M’diq to spend the night listening to corridor noises! We booked this hotel to rest and enjoy a few vacation days, but we ended up with a stay marked by lack of cleanliness, no service, and noise. After staying at M’diq since 2015, this is the first time I’ve had such a disappointing experience. I’d advise against this hotel for anyone looking for cleanliness, quiet, and a minimum level of service. One star, and still… because it’s impossible to give 0.
