The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud and the TV was huge, but the rest of the room looked dated; the lobby had been refreshed with snack options, free coffee, ice water, tea, and a non‑alcoholic cocktail, and the staff were lovely; they also offered a shuttle to the airport and a restaurant on site, even though I didn’t dine there. The overall hotel still felt a bit dated.

The breakfast was awful and I had to pay for it, which was disappointing.

The breakfast itself was decent, but the property was dirty with beer cans littering the entrance; the room was pricey for a concert night yet the cleanliness didn’t match the online photos, only one lamp in the bedroom worked, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and there was constant screaming and loud voices all night.

There was a mouse in the room, the air conditioning didn’t work, the ice machine near the room we had to move to was also broken, and the hair dryer was non‑functional.
