“Great stay with some loopholes that could have been sorted”

I was really impressed with the staff at this hotel - Vipul and Ajmal went above and beyond to help us out. The location is also fantastic, right in the heart of things. However, our driver was treated poorly, with no pillow or bedsheet provided, and the spa room was freezing cold, which kind of ruined the experience.

This place has really turned it around since my last visit. The rooms, service, and food were all top-notch, a far cry from the disappointing experience I had before. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. I was really impressed with the overall quality of the hotel.

“You need to improve service”

The food here was actually pretty good, I ordered dinner and breakfast and it took a while to arrive, but when it did, it was tasty. Unfortunately, the rest of my stay was a letdown. The room was small and the service was slow, and I had to wait a long time for my food to be prepared.

“A reasonable hotel out of town”

This hotel has got some great things going for it - it's right on the main road into Sasan Gir and has all the resort-style facilities you'd want, including restaurants and live shows. The WiFi was also pretty reliable. But, unfortunately, the maintenance and cleanliness levels were a bit of a letdown, with old bedding and mould spots in the room and washroom, and weak hot water pressure.
