“Un vero bijou!”
The place is small but well organized, with a keen eye for detail and a genuinely welcoming vibe. The host was very accommodating, offering early breakfast to suit my son's sports schedule and even adding savory items. When we arrived late at night, they sent us all the instructions and an explanatory video for accessing the property and the room, and despite the hour, the lady came up to make sure we had everything and to address any needs. The quadruple room is essentially two doubles separated by a sliding wall that can be opened or closed as desired, providing plenty of privacy, plus two TVs, two air‑conditioners, and two mini‑fridges. The bathroom is directly opposite the two room doors and is exclusively locked. Two balconies on either side of the room create a pleasant breeze. The location is good, outside the traffic but a 5‑minute walk to the lake and less than 20 minutes to the bastions. Parking was hassle‑free in the street in front or beside the property. The garden is well tended with shaded tables, sun loungers, and a modest but deep pool… it’s a shame we only stayed one night! I only stayed one night.
