The staff were incredibly friendly, and the place itself was beautiful, with no issues.

The location is unbeatable, the bed is the most comfortable I've found in Phnom Penh, the AC works well, and the place feels very private and secure. The shower shoes have great grip, especially useful because the AC drains into the bathroom. However, hallway noises were audible, and despite pictures showing a safe in the room, there was no usable one.

The location was good, and having two bathrooms in the dorm was convenient. There is no key for the room, so it doesn’t feel very secure. The staff sometimes turn off the A/C for a few hours during the day and don’t always turn it back on, so you have to remind them. The tours and transport they offer are pricey; it’s cheaper to arrange those yourself.

The staff were friendly and the social area around the pool and bar, plus the pool table and games area with a TV, were nice. The large private room had decent air‑conditioning and a hot shower, but there wasn’t enough furniture to store things—everything had to sit on the floor.
