Good central location. Staff were inattentive, stood at reception ringing bell whilst unbeknown to us 2 staff members were sat at the table next to reception ignoring us. Asked for 2 extra pillows as only given 1x each and told “we need to check if there’s anymore in the building” 1x extra pillow arrived 3 hours later and 24 hours after initial digital concierge request

[SCORE] 7.0/10 [TEXT] Very central, and the reception lounge was comfortable and quiet with free filtered water. The room lacked a small table and hooks for hanging things, and the toilet was violently loud because it is underground.

The location is good. The towels could be replaced; I don’t think that cost is unreasonable.

The location was extremely central, but the rooms were filthy; we complained after finding a band‑age and hair under the duvet, and after that we were offered six more rooms, all of which were dirty, some with blood stains on the sheets and even mould. We left and were moved to another hotel in the same chain.
