The room was exceptional. Renovations were still underway, and the kitchen/dining area was uncomfortable.

Check‑in was smooth and easy late at night. The room is spacious and comfortable, though the fittings feel a bit cheap. The staff are very friendly. There was no water in the fridge; most B&Bs at this price point offer complimentary water and proper coffee in the rooms. Breakfast was okay but limited, offering only instant coffee. I expected proper coffee in the breakfast area. The shower door leaked, creating a large puddle in the bathroom.
