I mostly dealt with a front‑desk worker named Britney, who was excellent, and all the other staff I interacted with were polite, well‑informed about the facilities, and answered every question I had. Just ask the staff and they’ll help you out; this place is great and I would highly recommend it.

The location was good, quiet, and not too noisy, and the staff were wonderful. However, there was no selection at breakfast; only coffee and a muffin were provided, while I was expecting eggs, bacon, or pancakes.

The breakfast sucked—I expected eggs, a waffle maker, and cereal like all the other hotels I could have gone to for the same price. The breakfast was disappointing.

The staff, Aubrey, were great. But there was no full breakfast, no hair dryer in the room, and there’s only one elevator in the hotel.
