How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I loved everything overall: the staff’s attention, the location, the room with its balcony, the breakfast…everything was great! The only thing I didn’t like was the shower’s artichoke…because it was fixed up high, it was uncomfortable not being able to adjust it. 🤭

The location is right on San Nicolás street. The shower pressure is good. The place is unfinished. I don’t mind unpainted walls or ceilings in the hallways, but the problem is when a collection of details affects the functionality of the stay, and therefore comfort. There are no towel hooks, neither for the shower nor for hand towels – only a small “table” (stool). Also, the bed is a slab, meaning the mattress rests on a literal metal slab. What we didn’t like was finding a long hair in the sheets. Finally, there’s a double door marked “do not close”; it’s absurd because you hear the neighbor’s iodine when they enter and exit, and closing the second door would prevent that. It’s a shame because at least in our room we didn’t hear street noise. In short, these small details added up and made us quite uncomfortable.

It’s right in the old town center, and the restaurant is amazing—everything is delicious. The room is fine and spacious, but the finishes were still unfinished, so it felt a bit cold in terms of décor, though it’s okay. There was no air conditioning, just a fan. The shower is great, and the bathroom is very modern, though it offers little privacy because the window is huge and there were no curtains, so you couldn’t open it. The bed isn’t very large and the single pillow isn’t comfortable enough for two people. The room was next to a room full of refrigerators that buzzed all night, making the noise level high. The accommodation is okay, but they should at least inform guests that the room isn’t finished, like the one we stayed in.

The spot is perfect if you want to be right in the center. The room has just enough space for a decent stay; it's not huge, but very comfortable. The room was tidy, with a perfect bed and pillow, and a spacious bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helped me with a few requests without any hassle, especially the cleaning lady. The only drawback was that on the sixth floor there’s a smoke machine or something similar, and when it’s turned on you can hear it in the room; we were on the fifth floor, so it depends on how sensitive you are to sound.
