I didn't stay there because it was completely under construction and I want my money refunded; taking my money while it was under construction feels almost criminal, and I expect someone to explain why I shouldn't report this to the authorities.

The property was fully shut down for renovations, and I will never book there again, even though I received a booking confirmation a few days earlier.
