Very friendly and attentive staff, nicely decorated rooms, excellent breakfast, and the private Onsen is highly recommended.

Ruhig gelegen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Unsere Betten (Western Style) waren absolut spitzen mäßig. Das Zimmer (Western)ist sehr klein und es gibt praktisch keine Schränke. Es war nicht so leicht mit zwei großen Koffern im Zimmer

The private onsen option was fantastic, breakfast was amazing, the rooms were big and comfortable, and the tea ceremony was an incredible experience; the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was amazing, but I wish I could have booked the onsen for 1 hour; by the time I washed, undressed, rinsed, and dried off I only had about 25‑30 minutes in the hot water.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and there was nothing else to complain about.

Breakfast was great, the staff was wonderful, we did the calligraphy class and it was so fun, but having to pay extra for the bath was a downside.
