The staff were helpful and friendly, but the food menu was a bit pricey.

The location was good, but my room opened onto the reception where shouting, arguing, and loud phone use made it impossible to relax or sleep; it felt more like a bedsit and had no window.

The hotel sits on Mall Road near the high‑court parking, but the bedding was dirty, room service was poor, the power supply was unreliable, and the amenities listed on the website were not available.
It was a decent budget hotel, reasonably priced, within walking distance of Mall Road, and overall suitable for a short stay.
Practically there was nothing that I liked. There were 2 young guys at the reception desk. They were helpful and tried to provide the services within the limited means. Otherwise there was nothing pleasant or good to comment about the property. Out of 2 rooms those I booked, one room offered to us were dark, stuffy and had no window. However the other room, booked for same category, was bigger, had windows and had good view as well. Upon request to change the small, window-less room, owner offered us a room which was still smaller but had a window. But this room did not have space to place the luggage and had broken faucet in the toilet. Further when we arrived at the hotel at 1-30 pm for checkin, none of the rooms were ready. We had to wait for 45 mins to 1 hour15 minutes, as the guy in the reception (mentioned above) did the cleaning / housekeeping to ready the rooms. I will request to refund some portion of room tariff chaged, considering room offered was of far below category and services offered was pathetic
