The customer service was nice, but the room and bed weren’t clean.

The staff was great, the facility was clean, and the beds were comfortable, but the walls were very thin. At 12 am I woke up to use the restroom, and then the upstairs guests kept walking around, flushing toilets and showering, and the freeway traffic—motorcycles ramming all night—was horrible. At 8 am I was woken again by a child running and jumping.

I was close to the highway and restaurants, but the building felt outdated, breakfast was bad, the elevator was scary, and the highway noise was bad.

The staff and facilities were well taken care of, the room was clean and cozy, and we loved how comfortable the beds were.

The proximity to the highway and restaurants was great, and the room was tidy, but the couches were a little too low and sank in too much.
