From the moment we started the trip, we were greeted with courtesy, availability, and professionalism by the lovely Eleonora, who remained reachable for any situation during our stay. The building on the first floor with an elevator is simply perfect! My parents stayed in two beautiful, elegant, and spotless rooms equipped with five‑star comforts: large, comfortable beds with double pillows of different firmness; a bar corner with a kettle and a coffee machine with pods and complimentary tea bags and chamomile; a quiet fridge that isn’t usually offered, with water and complimentary drinks. The bathroom came with ultra‑soft sponge towels, soap, shampoo, body lotion, complimentary slippers, headphones, and even cotton swab packets. The windows provide absolute sound insulation from outside. From now on, this is our favorite place in Rome! We’ll definitely return.

“Schoon en comfortabel guesthouse, goede ligging bij station Termini.”

The guesthouse is clean, conveniently located (over 5 minutes walk from Termini). Communication with Eleonora is via the app; she responds quickly and appropriately. There’s no breakfast in the guesthouse, but several nearby spots offer breakfast. I found the bed too hard, but an extra blanket for the mattress was arranged quickly, which helped me sleep well. It was sometimes noisy, especially the beeping of the card reader at the front door. We were in room 104, right next to the front door, so we heard the beeps very clearly.

The room was modern and clean. Getting to the hotel was easy, the owners were very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist, and the location was ideal, close to the main train station.

The room’s ambience and the complimentary items for guests were nice. There was no bidet and no towel hanger.

The new facility is clean and the bedding is comfortable. Because it’s run by a private operator, the check‑in time is flexible. The staff are friendly. The noise between floors is intense; when the upstairs used the treadmill it was so loud it disrupted my rest. The restaurant right in front of the accommodation makes noise late at night.
