Everything about this place hit the mark – the room was clean, the location convenient, and the staff seemed to know what they were doing. I didn’t run into any issues, so I left feeling satisfied.
The staff really made the difference – they were friendly, always polite and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Their attitude kept the whole experience pleasant from start to finish.
I was disappointed from the get‑go – not only did I have to pay the nightly rate, but there was an extra 80‑real charge just to get into the park, which didn’t make sense for a family trip. On top of that, the staff were rude, making the whole experience feel cheap compared to other resorts I’ve visited.
