The place is truly beautiful, all wood and stone surrounded by greenery. The room and bathroom were cozy, clean, and well heated. The staff were very friendly, and if you ask you can use the spa. Breakfast was served in the room with sealed single‑portion packages and coffee pods and tea bags available. We used it as a base after a New Year’s party and had to say it was very close and convenient to where we had to go. Very satisfied. The room where our friends slept was a bit cooler than ours and they had a slight chill during the night, just worth mentioning.

The spot is enchanting. The house is well maintained and the apartments are large and spotless. We had already stayed there at the end of May and also used the small but very welcoming spa.

I personally appreciated the attention given to me for an upgrade to a higher‑class room (Villa Esedra) when a room at the B&B could not be guaranteed.

“direi che tra disorganizzazione nell’assegnare la camera, accappatoio con puzza di muffa e letto terribile sconsiglio s”

They assigned the wrong room, so we had to wait for guests to leave the room without it being cleaned, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the bathrobe had a moldy smell.
