The room and bathroom were very large and very clean. The furnishings were simple but modern.

The building is very beautiful and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and quick to meet guests’ needs. The room is spacious and lovely. The only flaw I found was that the air‑conditioners were noisy, which made a perfect rest impossible, and the pillows were too high and firm; if you’re used to a softer pillow you’re forced to sleep without one.

The hotel isn’t bad. The service was a mess – there was no organization, tables were either occupied or still being set up, and there was no seating available, yet no staff member seemed to care and pretended the issue didn’t exist. Food wasn’t replenished, so once you finished a tray at the buffet it stayed empty.

The location is good. The bathroom has a kind of jacuzzi, which makes a simple shower difficult; the buttons didn’t work properly and controlling the water temperature was a drama – it was either boiling hot or cold.
