“総合的によかった”
The smiles of all the staff were really soothing, though there was a slight odor that lingered; it would have been nicer if the moment we entered there had been a pleasant scent.
“贅沢できた”
The bed was made with Vietnamese cotton, coffee was ground from beans, the location was great and the night fireworks were lovely, and the staff were incredibly kind, which made the stay very good; however, my mother uses a wheelchair and there was no wheelchair‑accessible toilet, which was inconvenient, and the bed had hair on it, which was disappointing.
The service was outstanding, the facilities superb, and everything was flawless.
The view was beautiful, but we were never told that there was no dinner service even though the house sits on a mountain.
The breakfast was delicious and the view was fantastic, while the staff were genuinely friendly. I enjoyed the complimentary hot‑soup ice cream and the free Ise udon, and the décor in the rooms and corridors was lovely. When I asked for cleaning during a consecutive stay, they even swapped out the ikebana in my room. They waved goodbye until I was out of sight, which felt very warm, and I’d love to return if I get the chance. Unfortunately, because the hotel is near both mountain and sea, insects managed to get into the room. Although the cleaning was thorough, the place felt a bit dated, and the TV signal was poor.
